A blog on knitting and any other thoughts I feel compelled to share with blogland.
Spooky, I was thinking of doing EXACTLY the same, same colour and everything....Suex
Wow! That IS spooky! Stash busters of the world unite!I don't know if you have ever used Odessa before but I have discovered there is certainly a right direction and a wrong direction. Have a wee feel at it to see which way it lies flat and which way it fights with you - pulling the yarn from the centre has improved the smoothness on my batch no end.I am finding my rev st st really quite uneven though. I shall have to "assertively" block when the time comes.
Well I would but having rationalsed my stash i can't actually remeber whether the yarn is in the loft, or the bedroom.......will keep you postedSuex
OOh pretty ! I used that shade and that yarn for a scarf last year and you're right, I think it does have a right and wrong way.Sorry I never made last Sunday. Bit of a problem with my Dad again. It's a flippin' nuisance when this "life" lark keeps on interfering with quality knitting time ;0)Heather x
Fern is a very pretty pattern - it will look great in the Odessa. Always nice to have a bit of sparkle!
Well that IS spooky, because I'm halfway thru" that in pale pink Kid Classic. I've just got the two fronts to do.
